BROOKHAVEN TOWN CENTER — “The Invisible Market, Strategically Placed, Contemporary Design, Upscale, Savvy and Ready.” Identity campaign to entice prominent retailers to consider leasing space in a proposed town center to be built in the east end / the gold coast of Long Island, NY. (brochures, packaging, specialty items). The self-mailing, multifold, informational brochure contained environmental statistics and the lifestyle-oriented brochures were packaged within a gift bag containing upscale products from local vendors. Scope: logo/identity design, comping, packaging, copywriting.
